Help for Patient Access

On-line Appointments and On-line Prescriptions are now called PATIENT ACCESS.

If you have previously registered for On-Line Appointments, you can use your existing log-on details. This will give you access to on-line repeat prescriptions as well as on-line appointment booking and other new functions.

If you have never previously registered for On-line Appointments or have forgotten your details, or if you just want to register for the New On-line Repeat Prescribing System, here is what to do.

If you click any link on the website to either Patient Access, On-Line Appointments or On-line Repeat Prescriptions.

You will arrive at this screen:

If you are already registered for on-line appointment booking, enter your User ID and Password in the right hand box as usual. You will be able to access all functions immediately.

Otherwise, click "Register" in the green box on the right.

You can ask for a letter from reception at the surgery which will contain all the information you need to get registered. If you have one click "Yes". You will be prompted to enter your details then choose a password etc. You can then sign-in. If like most people you don't have one, click "No"

Enter the postcode of the practice - M44 6FE then click next.

Choose "Chapel Medical Centre" then click "next" at the bottom right of the screen. Choose "Chapel Medical Centre" on the next screen

Enter your details and choose a password, click next.

Add your email and phone number and some security details

Your details will be checked and if you are a registered patient, you are done!
